*What You Will Need:*

* Ability to read, write, and speak English
* Must have 1-5 years’ experience in heating, ventilation & air conditioning field or similar field of study, residential or industrial knowledge
* Must be able to pass base level maintenance reasoning exam to be considered

*What You Will Do:*
* Preventive maintenance repair of makeup air unit equipment throughout the facility. Natural gas leak inspections and testing as required, PMs to bearings, blowers, safeties within units, start up and shut down of water to make up air units when the weather changes to ensure lines do not freeze and units cool as required.
* Monitor and maintain magnehelic pressure gauges that are installed on make up air units to verify need to service to replace or clean filters.
* Maintain plant (Freon-based) HVAC equipment, including standard HVAC package units, mini split heat pump units, larger industrial packaged units for larger areas of the facility.
* Troubleshoot miscellaneous cafeteria and plant equipment to help diagnose root cause of failures which requires working with general maintenance team and occasionally third party contractors.
* Complete necessary documentation related to completion of Work Orders and planning of jobs needed for weekend work.
