Starting pay: $18.50/hr

The Batching Technician handle ingredients and prepares product for bottling by mixing ingredients according to Quality Control procedures. All aspects of tea and juice production and bottling operations, weighing and measuring of ingredients and machine operation, troubleshooting and problem solving, preventive maintenance and changeovers, production and downtime tracking, sanitation, recording and strong team interaction to support production goals by supplying the production lines with the batched product.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct ingredients, concentrates, and measurements are, batched, blended and brewed according to specifications
• Responsible for verifying product quality and integrity through testing
• Strong communication skills, including written documentation
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Maintain product food safety and quality standards by adhering to Quality Assurance Guidelines, GMP’s, HACCP requirements, and other safety requirements
• Cross train in other work areas as needed
• Meet or exceed define key performance initiatives (KPI)
• To perform other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Candidates must be able to lift 65+ lbs from floor to chest height repetitively for the entire shift
