Job Title: On-site Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will work with clients to identify their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Responsibilities: On-Site Licensed Therapist

- Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs

- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' individual needs

- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions

- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in mental health treatment

Requirements: On-site Licensed Therapist

- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related field

- Active state license as a Licensed Therapist

- Experience providing mental health services to diverse populations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities

- Familiarity with electronic health records and other technology used in mental health treatment
