Work Schedule and Shift Premiums for Registered Nurses include:

Full time shifts are 7am to 7pm or 7pm-7am | 36 hours/week including weekends on a rotation
Per diem / PRN positions may be available as well
2nd shift premium is $2.00/hr, 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hr, weekend premium is $1.00/hr, S.B. 690 skilled nursing premium is $3.20/hr

Qualifications for Registered Nurses include:

Associates degree or better in nursing
Valid Michigan RN license (could work as a resident nurse or graduate nurse pending NCLEX exam or Michigan endorsement)
BLS, ACLS, PALS (for OB Labor & Delivery) and CPI certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurses include:

Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patient’s health and situation appropriate to their age
Analyze assessment data, identify appropriate nursing diagnosis lists, and create individualized plan of care
Evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care
Participate in unit specific/hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and assist with activities that enhance the quality of nursing practices
