We are currently looking for a Project Manager.

Purpose of the Role:

This role is primarily focused on the successful delivery of Professional Services projects covering our range of products. You will be liaising and managing with external clients, working closely with internal stakeholders and responsible for the scoping and solutioning of the project development delivery team.

As part of iPipeline's growth and strategy this role is required to work with the Head of IFS Professional Services to achieve our growth, scalability and performance targets and meet internal and external client delivery aspirations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume PM responsibilities on assigned clients / projects / client activity
  • Work closely with Solutions Group Lead to ensure project needs are met - outcome, time, and quality
  • Working with Solutions Group Lead to ensure projects are adequately resourced and prioritized
  • Liaise with Sales & Client Success to maintain cohesive client communication & strategy
  • Accountable for Project reporting including: quality metrics, budgeting, timeline review, etc
  • Own project plans and other artefacts, e.g. dependency log, risk & issues log
  • Ownership of project reporting
  • Coordinate education and training, client support, and ongoing care throughout the relationship
  • Adopting a collaborative approach to solution design and project delivery

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Substantial experience working in a similar capacity/role
  • A professional qualification as a Project Manager (Prince2, APM,
  • Ideally some experience in Agile at Scale (eg SAFe Agile Framework)
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to self-manage time and workload
  • Relevant PM experience (software delivery) ideally within Financial Services/Wealth
  • Demonstrable experience interfacing with external clients in a project management role (IT/Software)
