Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Include:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers in navigating products/services and provide accurate information.
• Resolve product or service-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Input and update customer information in the company's database.
• Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve overall service quality
• Follow established company policies and procedures.

You Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
