About this job
We are seeking an on-the-road CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) to provide homecare services to our clients on an on-call basis or better known as concierge care.
You will have the ability to manage your schedule and work independently all while providing personalized care to your dedicated list of clients within their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a dedicated list of clients to provide care on an on-call basis within a workweek
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
- Provide specialized healthcare per a care plan
- Teach family members ways to care for the patient
- Desire to have a fluctuating task list and work independently
