• You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

 To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following:

• This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.

• Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.

• The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.

¹To receive the $300.00 paid training bonus, if the following criteria are met: Must complete all 5 days of training, graduate, and complete 10 calls.

²Starting Pay $18.00 gross per hour. You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week or 40 hours per cycle from Monday to Sunday, between 8AM and 10PM EST. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee)..
