General Summary

We are looking for a fun, highly energetic weekend morning barista for our Bistro, located in our hotel's lobby to create a fun and memorable morning experience for our guests!
Principal Responsibilities
+ Take beverage orders from guests, enter orders in POS system.
+ Prepare and assist with our hotel's breakfast program
+ Welcome and connect with every guest. Discover guest needs and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
+ Answer questions about our food, beverages and other hotel offerings and services
+ Prepare coffee barista drinks and specialty drinks
+ Perform running side work and opening & closing duties throughout your shift
+ Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
+ Ensure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
+ Accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
+ Teamwork " Offer or ask for help to your fellow team members as situations arise.
+ Thank all guests and invite them to return.
+ Have FUN!
Qualifications
1-2 years Barista/Caf experience preferred but not required
