Equipment Maintenance Shift Leader Job Duties
- Maintain and handle machinery using various tools and equipment; interpret diagrams, blueprints, and sketches.
- Lead technical improvement projects, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate the introduction of new equipment.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure equipment meets quality and safety requirements.
- Guide the maintenance team, helping them achieve departmental targets.
Equipment Maintenance Shift Leader Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
