A Manpower client north of Ames is seeking an Assembler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, tenure with previous employers and have good attendance. MUST be reliable.
Job Title: Production Welder
Location: Ames
Pay Rate: up to $57,400 with OT
What is the job?
- Follow schematics to assemble large products.
- Use pneumatic power tools and operate machinery.
- May learn other parts of the assembly operation
- A minimum of 1 year of production welding experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand an entire shift, lift up to 50 lbs and climb.
- $1,000 sign on bonus.
- Consider pay increase every 30 days.
- Permanent position directly with our client.
- Mandatory 50 hours per week with additional volunteer OT available.
- 1st shift hours, $20 per hour.
- Advancement opportunities.
