Hire Type: Direct Hire, benefits from day 1 with almost 100% coverage, in addition to 11 paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation, 401K, etc.
Will alternate 4 days on, 4 days off / 3 days on, 3 days off from 5AM - 5PM
Starts at $19/hr
$1/hr increase after successfully completing probationary period (90 days)

Job Summary: Operate machines that break down railcar wheelsets, recondition axles to be used for new sets, mount new wheels to reconditioned axles, recondition wheelsets, move material and press new bearings on wheelsets that have been reconditioned or new sets.
Job Duties:
- Use measuring devices (i.e. gages, calipers)
- Ability to read micrometers and work to tight tolerances
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Operate overhead cranes
- Basic shop math
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility in shift and schedule
