Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Representative

Salary: $20.50 - $22.53 per hour / $41,307 - $45,397 annually commensurate to current P&C license held / prior sales experience

*Additional 10% Bilingual Differential*

Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year as a Sales Representative. Top associates can see increases up to 15%!

Qualifications & Skills:

• In Office Position - must commute to 21420 Merchants Way, Katy, TX 77449
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
