WTC Invoicing Clerk

The WTC Invoicing Clerk performs various activities to support the accounting and billing process. The Invoicing clerk will issue invoices and credit memos and updates customer records. The Invoicing Clerk position will report to the Payroll Manager and will complete/verify all billing invoices being sent out to all clients/customers.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice WTC customers for services and/or products
• Verify accuracy of invoices, checking for discrepancies in price, quantity, product and/or services
• Maintain billing information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
• Respond to WTC customer inquiries
• Resolve billing discrepancies by gathering and analyzing information
• All other duties as assigned

• Ability to interact with customers and internal staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with invoicing (preferred)
• Experience using QuickBooks (preferred)
• Experience using Microsoft Office
