Job Description
We are a privately owned dental office in West Point, GA. We are looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist, who is :
- A self-starter
- Organized
- Strong verbal skills
- Outing personality
- Present well to others
- Candidates must be comfortable discussing financial matters with patients. Prior front office experience is preferred.
The job duties of the Dental Receptionist will include: Checking patients in/out, making appointments, answering phones, treatment planning and Verifying the patient’s health insurance benefits. Explaining insurance benefits to patients. Entering data using dental practice management software Eaglesoft. * Generating reports for all activities. Posting payments made by patients. Following up on non-paid insurance claims. Managing late payments and overdue accounts. Processing insurance payments and refunds. Uploading completed insurance verification forms. Monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies.
Dental Receptionist experience preferred!
