Warehouse Specialist

The Warehouse flex team is responsible for Production “wet floor” support. This is outlined as; pulling raw material from freezer to cooler via the “Production Process Order” or as requested by leadership. The Flex team is responsible for properly recording accurate weights for all material pulled for the Production Floor. The flex team is required to work with frozen, raw meat and be exposed to cold temps. Forklift certification is required after 90 days probationary period and satisfactory performance. The Flex team role can be adjusted at any time by management depending on production demand.

• Perform production duties if necessary, such as manual rolling, lifting, packaging, taping, labeling and sorting. Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the leaders.
• Rotate production floor tools as necessary (bins, glycerin bottles, trollies etc.)
• Maintain the work area (breakdown cardboard daily) and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow outlined safety regulations
• Must complete repetitive work tasks and be able to remain focused on counting and recording numbers.
• Perform related duties as assigned by leaders
• Wear required company supplied PPE as directed
• Duties subject to change based on the production needs of the company & market demand.
