Job Overview:
OcyonBio is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various aspects of our facilities to ensure a safe and functional environment for our clients and employees. We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean facilities regularly
Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs
Regularly perform various landscaping tasks
Fill in gaps and provide painting services.
Perform lighting installation and carpeting.
Door and lock installation
Roof leak repairs
Exterior, interior, and floor painting.
Repair equipment and various machines and appliances
Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work.
Maintain and repair damaged, broken pipes and clogged drains.
Install underground sanitary, drainage, and water supply piping systems if needed.
Set up systems for the supply of oxygen and other medical gas in pharmaceutical and health facilities.
Assist pipefitters in the layout, assembly, and installation of pipe fixtures for water and air systems.
