TEEMA is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in providing healthcare services within a correctional facility in San Luis Obispo, CA. Hourly Pay: $40/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.

- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure the comfort and safety of patients.

2. Health Monitoring:

- Conduct routine health assessments and monitor patients' vital signs.

- Document patient information and maintain accurate records.

3. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues to report patient status and any observed changes.

4. Emergency Response:

- Respond to medical emergencies and follow established protocols.

- Assist in emergency medical procedures as directed.

Qualifications:

- Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

- CPR/BLS certification.

- Previous experience working in a correctional facility is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

- Willingness to undergo background checks required for employment in a correctional facility.
