Job Description
Support the delivery of medical services through the preparation, organization, and performance of laboratory testing. Obtains proper specimens for tests requested. Completes necessary request forms to accompany specimens.
Participates and documents in laboratory quality control program, performs routine maintenance on lab equipment.
Completes daily log sheets showing complete listing of patients and tests performed. Orders laboratory supplies from Supply Department and replenish as needed. POLT Certificate, Certified Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist and
Maintain current CPR certification.
