Job Summary:

Mazda of Greenville is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for the position of Service Porter/Lot Attendant. This is a full-time, hourly position that is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized dealership lot. As a Service Porter/Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall appearance and cleanliness of the dealership service area, as well as providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $10 to $15 per hour, paid semimonthly. In addition to the hourly rate, employees will also be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401k, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet all guests as they arrive at the dealership
- Park, retrieve and deliver customer vehicles in a timely and safe manner
- Keep the service area clean, organized and free of debris
- Monitor and maintain inventory of loaner vehicles
- Assist service advisors with customer inquiries and vehicle status updates
- Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety issues regarding the service area 
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
