CL A Drivers Dedicated Regional 3 Months Exp Home W/Ends - $90K/1st Yr

Class A drivers with three months experience run dedicated regional run five days on and two days off.Drivers will deliver new box springs and mattresses to Colorado, Kansas, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, New Mexico.Starting pay is $.70CPM with $32 stop pay and an average of 14 stops per weekMattresses will be tailgaited by driver to tail of the trailer or on the dock area. Driver will have some assistance from customer but will use a dolly to maneuver the mattresses which weigh about 100-180LBS. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A LABOR INTENSIVE ACCOUNT.Drivers work 5 on and 2 off – days off are either Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon – this is decided after you are hired and discussed with your DMDrivers will go to the same consistent customers each week. Drivers will be required to chainDrivers will generally sleep 3 nights per week in the truck and home 2 other nights while running.Full benefits start after 30 days including PTO, 401K, medical, dental etcDrivers must live within 65 miles of Denver zip code 80238 and truck must stay at the yard at all timeMust meet one of following. · 3 Months verifiable Class A experience in the last 6 months OR· 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 36 months OR· 12 months verifiable Class A experience in the last five years NOTE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINER WILL COUNT IF DRIVER WAS DRIVING AS A TEAM DURING TRAINING PERIOD. Requirements:- No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’- No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year- Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three yearsNo job hoppers (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years) and can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test
