Come join a winning team in Tampa! We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Field Service Tech and Crew Leader. We are a Full service Hydraulic and Mechanical Repair company. We specialize in Hydraulic repair and manufacturing. The perfect candidate must be highly experienced with All aspects of Hydraulic Repair, Troubleshooting, Installation, Preventative Maintenance and Field Service. We service some of the largest Ships, Amusement Parks, Mining operations and manufacturing companies in the world.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Field service trucks dispatched to industrial, commercial, and marine sites to repair and troubleshoot Fluid Power Systems and components
• Must be able to work in industrial environments with little or no supervision under the customer’s rules and effective OSHA guidelines.
• Willing to attain Fluid Power Certification (Pay incentives offered)
• Assemble and test components to OEM specifications
• Hydraulic & Pneumatic troubleshooting on systems and components.
• Evaluate cause of failure, recommend changes/upgrades
• Replace components then start up systems
• Perform HPU flushes and maintenance
• Reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Hydraulics for Marine and Industrial applications
• Highly experienced with all aspects of hydraulics component repairs and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Certifications with the Fluid Power Society (Pay incentives offered)
• Read and expertly understand Hydraulic Schematics
