Recruiter, Temporary only

Penmac is recruiting for an experienced Recruiter to join a company located in Springfield, MO., on a temporary basis to assist the HR Manager with hiring 80 fabricators and welders. The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting experience and a comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment process, from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

•    Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
•    Conducting phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
•    Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and coordinating interview logistics.
•    Arranging and overseeing pre-employment testing as needed.
•    Extending job offers to successful candidates and managing the offer process.
•    Completing necessary onboarding paperwork and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
•    Scheduling and coordinating training sessions for new hires.
•    Creating and maintaining employee files and records.
•    Additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

•    Previous experience in recruiting or HR-related roles.
•    Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
•    Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Length of Assignment: Temporary, 3-4 months.

Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible on days/hours.
