The Shop Lead Mechanic will be responsible for the performance of all mechanics and ensuring that all follow company policies.

Essetial Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance on the vehicles
  • Maintain the preventative maintenance schedule for every vehicle in fleet
  • Routine oil changes, tire rotation, fluid changes, battery inspections, electrical system testing, brake inspections and replacement
  • Clean mechanic work area
  • Responsible for emergency repairs of all vehicles
  • This position is working Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Our Requirements
  • HS Diploma, GED, or higher or experience
  • Three (3) years or more of dispatch experience as a mechanic. Should have the ability to diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs. Knowledge of standard materials, tools and equipment and skill in the use and care of tools.
  • An ability to read, analyze and interpret information. An ability to write reports and basic business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers and the general public.
