Position: Paraprofessional

Type: Contracted Position with ProCare Therapy

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with educators to support the academic and social development of students.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of certified teachers.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree in education-related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping students succeed.
