Quality Enigneer

Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer with hands-on shop floor experience in a manufacturing environment to serve as a frontline responder for production issues.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Quality Engineering experience on the shop floor in a manufacturing setting (recent graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered)

• Must possess a 4-year Engineering degree

• Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis, mistake-proofing, and 8D Problem investigation analysis

• Experience working directly with operators, technicians, inspectors, and auditors on the production floor

Preferred Skills:

• Strong ability to proactively identify and resolve problems on the production floor

• Tactical frontline quality engineering skills with an emphasis on instant response capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Spend approximately 80% of time on the factory floor working closely with the production team

• Not focused on data/statistical analysis or supplier auditing but rather hands-on quality engineering tasks

• Preference for candidates within a 100-200 mile radius

Notes:

• This is not an ITAR regulated position and does not require security clearance.

• Open to US Citizens and Green Card holders only.

• Position is for first shift (6am - 2:30pm).

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
