Hospital Pharmacist - Full-Time - M-F - Day Shift - Hettinger, ND

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Pharmacist to join our team at a small critical care hospital in Hettinger ND. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient provision of pharmaceutical care to our community.

Position Details:

• Title: Pharmacist - Critical Care Hospital
• Location: Bowman, ND
• Status: Accepting Candidates
• Agreement: Signed
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Team: One dedicated pharmacy technician to work collaboratively with the pharmacist
• Technology: Experience with Pyxis system
• License: Clear and active North Dakota (ND) pharmacist license required

Responsibilities: As a Pharmacist in our critical care hospital, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Dispensing medications in accordance with prescriptions
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and safe medication use
• Overseeing inventory management and ordering of pharmaceuticals
• Utilizing the Pyxis system for medication dispensing and tracking
• Providing guidance and support to the pharmacy technician
• Maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Clear and active ND pharmacist license
• Experience in a critical care or hospital pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
• Proficiency with pharmacy technology, including Pyxis
