Northern Radiator, a 100% EMPLOYEE OWNED COMPANY, is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative at our headquarters in Willmar, Minnesota. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Our Customer Service Representatives interact with customers, prospects, vendors, and internal staff. This position is responsible for assisting customers over the phone with product, pricing, return and policy information, processing incoming orders, and responding to inquiries and requests as it relates to our products. Our Customer Service Representatives cheerfully and professionally respond promptly to all customer inquiries or concerns.

**Qualifications:**

* Must have a strong desire to provide superior customer service.

* Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.

* Experience or knowledge in automotive, heavy duty truck, or agricultural parts is preferred.

* Candidates must have excellent listening, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with strong customer orientation.

* Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when dealing with challenging situations.

* Candidates must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.

* Exhibit a strong commitment to dependability and reliability with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of the customer base.

* Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
