JOB PURPOSE: The Case Aide is responsible for assisting case managers with administrative functions such as monthly reports, closing reports, and travel needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete monthly and closing reports for ORR submission within the designated timeframe and with accuracy.
- Assist with booking travel for case managers.
- Track training requirements provided by ORR and ensure HSPRS staff and supervisors are in compliance.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
- Meet or exceed program productivity expectations on a regular and sustained basis.
- Ability to perform duties and services remotely from home.
- Demonstrate Exceptional customer service, in Everything you do, by placing the child, family, Veteran or client first to support our mission to "Empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities."

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience relevant to the position preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner
- Able and willing to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must pass FBI and CA/N checks
- Must be 21 years of age
- A driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
EDUCATION: High school diploma.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.
