Job Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN

  • Start ASAP!
  • Active Washington LPN License
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent paid experience working as a License Practical Nurse
  • COVID Vaccinated
  • Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
  • Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
  • Reliable transportation & smartphone
