NEW Care, Inc. is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants who are dependable, energetic, and compassionate to join our team of exceptional caregivers. We have full-time, part-time, twelve-hour shifts, and weekend only positions available.  We offer a newer and higher competitive wage of $17.25/hour, along with shift differential pay for certain hours of work.  Come work for a Company that offers you the opportunity to grow and advance in your career!  

Positions available (full-time or part-time):

  • AM Shift (5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • AM Shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
  • PM Shift (1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
  • PM shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.)
  • Nights (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)
  • Nights (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)
  • Every Weekend with a $3.00/hour shift differential
  • Hours between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. include a $1.50/hour shift differential

Responsibilities:

  • Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and eating
  • Take and record patient vital signs and weight
  • Observe and record patient’s conditions, food and liquid intake and other behavior, and report changes to supervisor
  • Help patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devices
  • Make beds, and maintain clean and safe environments for patients
  • Lift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniques
  • Treat all residents, family, and other visitors with respect, and engage with them in a tactful manner at all times
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • CNA certification in Wisconsin 
  • Prior work experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred
  • Must be in good physical health and able to lift and move patients, walk or stand for long periods of time and possess physical capability to perform job-related duties
  • Must be compassionate and personable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
  • Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner
