Marshfield WI - PRN In Home Caregiver Needed

Job Summary:
Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a highly dedicated, compassionate and reliable PRN In Home Caregiver to join our team in Marshfield, WI. This individual will provide supportive and personal services for elderly and disabled individuals, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity while living in their own homes. This is a part time, hourly position with flexible scheduling options.

Compensation & Benefits:
This part time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $20, depending on experience and qualifications. The caregiver will be paid on a semimonthly basis. Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Accompany clients to appointments or on errands as needed
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the Supervisor
• Document client care activities and report to Supervisor
• Ensure clients’ safety and wellbeing at all times
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and their families

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferred
• CNA or HHA certification, preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient and reliable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
