DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- A Technical expert, responsible training Composite Technicians on repair processes.
- Travel to Projects to resolve advance repair challenges or issues.
- Ensuring that the repair scope aligns with the manufacture requirements.
- Make technical decisions by specialized knowledge and skills.
- Main point of contact on repair processes and plans with the Composite team and customers.
- Create and communicate all repair instructions focusing on safety, quality, and Production.
- Support the Training Coordinator in creating specialized hands-on Training for Composite Technicians.
- knowledge of solutions for all levels of non-structural repairs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement new materials and repair solutions.
- Review incoming scopes of work to design repair dispositions for severe damages.
- Ensure that Safety and Quality is maintained in our processes and deliverables.
- Efficient in problem solving, best practice sharing, and technical review.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 to 8 years of Composite Manufacturing or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the Wind industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Willing to Travel
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills including proficient in the English Language.
- Proficient interpreting and understanding Engineering drawings.
- Valid driver’s license
Target Salary 80-100K
