HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Your day starts by overseeing the cohesive and efficient team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You seamlessly manage digital treatment plans, appointment scheduling, billing, and insurance processes, maintaining accurate patient records for a smooth and organized patient experience. As the point of contact for the marketing consulting firm, you take a leadership role in achieving the practice owner's financial operational goals. Your ability to coach and provide clear, concise feedback to the practice owner is key to our success. You are the driving force behind increasing the referral base, achieving a high conversion rate, and reducing employee turnover. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Ask yourself: Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic self-starter with a proactive approach to task completion and problem resolution? If you answered "yes" and meet the following requirements, we need you as our Orthodontic Business Coordinator/Orthodontic Business Manager!

  • 3+ years of experience as an office coordinator or office manager in an orthodontic or dental practice
  • 3+ years of financial experience, including orthodontic insurance verification, submission, treatment contract, and ledger management
  • Experience leading a team and exceeding operations and production goals
  • Knowledge about scheduling, patient care, billing and insurance, treatment coordination, hiring and training, and marketing
  • Familiarity with office management software such as Dolphin Management and Imaging or the like, electronic health records (EHR), Google Drive, Microsoft Office software, email, social media applications, and relevant computer technologies/apps
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in health management or related field. MBA is a plus.
