The Role

The construction foreman oversees, and works hands-on, completing construction projects for the fuel and electric vehicle charging industries. He/she coordinates the work of construction workers on a construction site and will manage subcontractors, and coordinate material deliveries and be in continuous communications.

The foreman will mentor construction laborer while managing a safe working environment under all state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Managing and participating in the installation of fuel related products
• Quoting construction/mechanical jobs
• Prepping and organization of projects
• Confirming that the correct materials have been ordered and are ready for projects; including securing appropriate rental equipment.
• Manage construction projects and crews
• Pipefitting for petroleum products
• Installing of fiberglass pipe, multiple types of flexible pipe and welded pipe experience preferred
• Complete detailed documentation of work performed
• Tasks vary by day
• Other light and heavy duties

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the construction industry preferred
• Strong leadership qualities required
• A good driving record with no traffic violations is required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Must be able to safely lift 75 lbs
