Job Summary:

Come join our diverse team of therapist candidates in a thriving community mental health setting. We are seeking creative, strengths-focused clinicians who believe in the importance of wellness in regards to behavioral health, and a person with a desire to help people reach their full potential.

At WMMHC, our treatment is guided by a core philosophy: Treat to Outcome, which means that we are committed to positive treatment outcomes for our clients throughout the entire recovery process. Therapist candidates are given the opportunity to provide evidence-based treatments to clients of all ages seeking care for mental illness (SDMI/SED), substance abuse disorder, and crisis services.

WMMHC has a robust clinical supervision program for licensed candidates. We understand how important it is to receive your clinical supervision from qualified supervisors. Our clinical supervisors have experience in multidisciplinary treatment teams to help you succeed as a candidate.

Current openings include: CSCT Therapists in Butte, Missoula, and Plains.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology
  • LCPC/PCLC or LCSW/SWLC license
  • One year of progressively responsible post graduate experience in a community health center or similar setting is preferred.
  • Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
  • Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western’s policies.
  • Montana Driver’s License with good driving record
