Goals & Objectives of the Position:

- Build loyal customers through outstanding customer service.

- Collaborate with the team to efficiently manage store operations.

- Implement and refine systems to enhance store performance.

- Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to continually improve our offerings.

- Maintain a well-organized store environment for both customers and team members.

Employment Requirements:

- Prior work experience: Minimum 1 year in the food industry.

- Certificates & licenses: Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit or ability to obtain one within 2 weeks of hire.

- Physical requirements: Ability to lift 40 lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and thrive in a busy environment.

Working Conditions:

- Weekend availability required.

- Locations: Winegar’s @ Jerrol’s and Winegar’s @ University & Alder in Ellensburg.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time 

Salary: $16.28 per hour
