Are you passionate about Behavior Analysis? Aim Star Learning is seeking BCBAs who strive to improve service delivery and services available to kids, teens and adults on the autism spectrum. To bring services in an underserved area with many families that are in need of services.
We are currently looking for a BCBA to supervise CBTs and implement quality ABA programs. The BCBA will help ensure compliance with BACB standards and ensure best practices during treatment delivery. The right candidate is organized and detail oriented. As a crucial member of our team, you will provide exceptional ABA services to clients and families in the Ellensburg community, playing a pivotal role in bringing behavioral interventions to clients and families in this vibrant community. We are currently looking for an in Person BCBA to supervise Program Managers and CBTs to implement quality ABA programs. We use a precision teaching model and we are looking for a candidate that is fluent in precision teaching or who wants to learn about the effectiveness implement a precision teaching model. The BCBA will help ensure compliance with BACB standards and ensure best practices during treatment delivery. The right candidate is organized and detail oriented.
We love to help shape new BCBAs and support continued learning of seasoned BCBAs. We strive to help you pursue and develop your interests in this field. We value and encourage continuing education and conference attendance. BCBAs will receive ongoing supervision and opportunities for peer collaboration.

- Precision Teaching is a system for precisely defining and continuously measuring dimensional features of behavior and analyzing behavioral data on the SCC to make timely and effective data-based decisions to accelerate behavioral repertoires.

- WA DOH Licensed behavior Analysis

- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience with Naturalistic Teaching Models such as Pivotal Response Training
- Bilingual and/or bicultural background, a plus
- BCBA certification
- License in WA
- Master's degree
- Ability to supervise and train others
- Reliable means of transportation and valid driver’s license
