Expo/Food Runner
You must possess a strong knowledge of the food menu, and be able to answer questions asked by guests. You will assist the chef in expediting the food pass, and are responsible for helping serve the food to our guests, following proper service techniques. You are responsible for organizing stock in the kitchen, polishing and bringing stock to the floor as needed, and running stock to and from the dish station.
