Our executive search firm is representing a leading multidiscipline, design engineering firm with a diversity of experience in heavy industrial, commercial and government projects. This fast-growing company is looking for a Structural Engineering Manager in the gulf area of Alabama. Job Requirements:
- BS degree in Civil/Structural engineering.
- PE license is preferred but not required.
- 10 years minimum of engineering managerial experience. Will lead a department of 15-20 designers and engineers.
- Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design
- Advanced understanding of build materials, techniques and processes.
- Experience with training and mentoring engineers and designers.
- Relocation assistance offered.
