The Pediatric Place is a multidisciplinary pediatric private practice clinic located south of Kansas City, in Clinton, MO. We are seeking to hire a BCBA willing to join a multidisciplinary team of therapists to build an ABA program in our new Autism Center. Our practice allows staff to be the therapist you've always wanted while working within a culture focused on support, growth and fun. At The Pediatric Place, you are never on an island. We have a team of compassionate professionals ready to support you and assist in providing the best therapy to treat the WHOLE child.
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
Record of positive performance in designing and implementing BIPs, managing and mentoring RBTs, and parent education
Collaboration with OT, PT, ST, counselors and dietitians will assist the BCBA in implementing a superior ABA program
BCBA that will fit in with out-of-the-box creative therapists to build programs to address the needs of our patients (sensory-friendly haircuts, feeding program, AAC, social language groups, sensory garden, bike riding day, etc.)
What we can offer the ideal candidate:
Sign on bonus of $10,000.00
Relocation bonus
Total salary package is $80,000-$90,000.00 and is negotiable based on experience.
It includes health insurance, retirement, CEU stipend. We have an organizational structure that allows you to grow and advance within the company.
