Movers & Helpers

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Movers & Helpers to assist with the efficient transportation of goods and furniture from one location to another. The ideal candidates will be responsible for loading and unloading items, packing items securely, and ensuring that all items are handled with care during transport.

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior experience in moving or physical labor is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with loading and unloading furniture and boxes onto and off of the moving truck
- Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation
- Follow instructions from the lead Mover to ensure efficient moving processes
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs., and stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Stamina to perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions

**Schedule:**
- Full-time position with the possibility of overtime
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
