Executive Chef

Executiuve Chef - 

Seeking an honest, experienced, and confident leader who understands the standards of world-class service and hospitality and would like to be a part of a growing restaurant group dedicated equally to the employee and customer experience. 

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 (or 10% above current compensation)

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of culinary management experience with at least two years as an executive chef in high-volume ($8+m), upscale / fine dining establishment
• Innovative and informed of current industry trends and innovations
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of menu and recipe development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experienced in tracking and managing food inventory and costs
• Experienced in executing large events (400+ppl)

Responsibilities

• Direct food preparation, production, safety and quality control for high volume kitchen
• Expedite 400+ covers with efficiency and consistency
• Maintain quality and consistency of the food, its delivery and standards
• Collaborate on menu expansion, creation and customization
• Hire, train, supervise and develope the BoH staff
• Create a positive environment that encourages growth and excellence
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operation and management
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, customers and investors

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Shift:

• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• Upscale casual restaurant

Experience:

• Culinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
