Assistant Plant Manager

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Stephenville, TX area for an individual with 10 years experience as an Assistant Plant Manager with a background in mechanical engineering for a food manufacturing/processing facility.

This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or manufacturing engineering is a MUST

Extensive experience in production scheduling is a MUST

Reviewing and/or establishing work procedures and duty assignments is a MUST

Ability to resolve production or processing problems is a MUST

Ensuring that all main and production planning meet company standards for QEHS is a MUST

Assisting with inventory management is a MUST

Meeting regulatory requirements for food safety is a MUST
