Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

Pavement Industry Experience: We require individuals who have a comprehensive knowledge of the pavement industry. Your expertise in striping, sealcoating, asphalt repairs, paving, and concrete work will play a vital role in providing exceptional results to our clients.

Teamwork and Family Environment: We foster a supportive, family-oriented work environment where collaboration and effective communication are highly valued. Being a team player and working harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and suppliers is essential to maintaining our company culture.

Tennis Court Repair and Resurfacing (Preferred): While not mandatory, candidates with knowledge and experience in tennis court repair and resurfacing will be given special consideration. This additional expertise will be a valuable asset to our team.

Clean Records: While we are an equal opportunity employer, we do require all personnel to be free of felonies and a clean driving record. We do work on military bases, universities and a lot of driving as our shop is located in Astor, FL, and the majority of work is in Gainesville and Jacksonville.

At Asphalt Pro Inc, we offer competitive pay, holiday pay and a Monday-Friday work schedule, with occasional weekend or night work required. Some projects may also require traveling out of town for a couple of days. This flexibility ensures that we meet the needs of our clients while providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
