Maintenance and Repair Technician

Looking for a challenging and rewarding career? We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing new warrantied manufactured homes. You will work closely with our sales and service team to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and that their homes are well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Identify any maintenance and repair issues for an inventory of homes as needed.

• Perform repairs and maintenance work on warrantied manufactured homes.

• Install and/or replace/repair flooring, roofing, siding, and insulation, wallboard, etc.

• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies necessary for the completion of repairs.

• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.

• Communicate with customers to address their questions and concerns.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably with manufactured homes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
