Qualifications:
- Protects patients and self by following infection-control policies and protocols
- Excellent communication skills; Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s condition and needs, and keep the appropriate medical personnel informed
- Ability to maintain a professional relationship with agency, pharmacy, and other medical professionals
- Ensure that all nursing documentation is completed accurately per agency requirements
- Identifies issues that require attention
- Complies with clinical practices as established by CA regulations and applicable agency policies
- Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
- Be consistent, timely to all shifts, and never have a “no show”
