What will you do?

The Motor Carrier Filing Coordinator processes motor carrier filing requests (such as Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration and Public Utility Commission filings) according to regulatory requirements by verifying information, recording motor carrier information in policy systems, and delivering to the regulatory body. You will communicate with agents, underwriters, and state regulatory personnel to obtain information and ensure compliance with filing regulations.

What are we looking for?

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent and 2 years related college courses or equivalent
  • 2- 3years related work experience
  • Basic math
  • Personal computer and related software

  • Someone who can work with detail and accuracy
  • Someone who has excellent written and oral communication skills and can provide excellent customer service.
