Nurse Risk Management Director - Full-time / Part-time

A local community medical center is searching for a motivated Nurse Director of Risk Management who has experience working in acute care. This will be an exciting opportunity to join a 90+ bed medical center in Arizona and lead a new team. This non-profit, rural hospital has received recognition for it's high quality care and patient satisfaction. 

The Nurse Director of Risk Management will bring a high level of skill and knowledge to a diverse department with a variety of responsibilities. This qualified nurse leader will maintain interprofessional, collaborative relationships with other hospital leaders. The Hospital Nurse Director of Risk Management will be responsible for risk management, implementing new initiatives and assuring compliance with patient safety standards. The Nurse Director of Risk Management should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-5 years of leadership experience in Risk Management. The ideal candidate should also have their certification in Risk Management which could include, CPHRM, ARM or FASHRM.
