Avera is currently seeking a Phone RN at the Avera Medical Group Family Practice Clinic.

Job Summary

• The RN is accountable for direct patient care and for monitoring the care provided by other ancillary personnel.
• Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.
• Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Current Nebraska or South Dakota RN License or ‘multi-state privilege’.
• Current BLS Certification within 60 days of hire

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $26.25 - $39.25 per hour
